| For persons who are resident in the United Kingdom or

with the Accommodation Provider itself rather than with worldwide rooms.

Providers to provide you with information on the Accommodation and with
an on-line reservation service. worldwide rooms sole responsibility to
you in providing the on-line reservation service is to pass your
reservation details entered on the Accommodation Provider. worldwide

from their country of residence and the conditions applicable to their

although you can opt out of these at any time. |
| |
| Making a Booking |

option to print this message and with confirmed bookings, may wish to
take the page to the hotel as proof of booking and pre-payment. |
| |
| Where the booking is on request, worldwide rooms will
send a confirmation email to the client as soon as the booking is
secured. If worldwide rooms are not able to confirm the booking,
worldwide rooms will contact the client to advise them. It is often the

telephone or email where this is not possible. |
| |
| The accommodation providers reserve the right to change
the clients’ accommodation to an alternative of the same or superior
standard within the same resort. |
| |
| Occasionally the accommodation providers may have to
offer alternative accommodation of a lower standard or within a
different resort to the original accommodation booked; in these
circumstances compensation may be offered to the client by the
accommodation providers, but is not guaranteed. worldwide rooms strongly
recommends that the client undertakes checks into any alternatives
offered before agreeing to accept and before travelling. |
| |
| When the accommodation providers are unable to confirm
a suitable alternative, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and
we will call the client (where a telephone number is provided) and an
email notification will be sent to inform the client of the details.
Where it is not possible to offer the client a suitable alternative or
where the client chooses not to accept any alternative offered,
worldwide rooms will agree a full refund for the accommodation, provided
the client makes that decision at least 1 day before departure date. |
| |
| Please note, once the client has left to take up the
accommodation, the client has no right to cancel the reservation and no
refunds will be made, in accordance with our cancellation policy. |

hotel`s facilities of car-parking means that a provision is made by the
hotel for car parking, the availability and cost of which is determined
by the individual hotel. Car-parking may not always be on-site. It is
the responsibility of the client to check the availability and cost of
car-parking provided by the individual hotel. |
| |
